A fully flat bed with the finest bedlinen. Let us turn down your bed before you turn in. A First Class seat transforms into one of the widest fully flat beds in the sky, complemented by luxurious Bamford bedding: a thick mattress, 600-thread-count bedlinen, and a selection of soft pillows.
Your suite can be transformed into a large, private working area, complete with in-seat power outlets and a USB port to charge your devices. To stay productive and connected throughout your flight, take advantage of our complimentary Wi-Fi in First Class, which is being progressively rolled out across our Boeing 777 and Airbus A330 aircraft.
Enjoy a more peaceful flight
New features being progressively rolled out across the fleet include a Do-Not-Disturb service button, and on selected routes, a Wake-Up Call service to let our cabin crew know when you’d like to be awoken. Both can be easily activated via our video handset or main screen menu, and are exclusive to First Class passengers.

Our menu is inspired by seasonal, sustainable produce, with dishes that celebrate the flavours of our home and the places we fly. Choose from a selection of international favourites, contemporary wellness options, and Hong Kong classics.
À la carte dining: You can enjoy your in-flight meals at whatever time suits you best – when you're ready to dine, simply place your order with our cabin crew. We'll freshly prepare your dishes with steaming jasmine rice; hot, toasted bread; and also make breakfast just as you like.
Our restaurant partners: We often partner with Michelin-starred chefs from renowned hotels and restaurants around the world, to develop First Class menus featured on selected routes.
Fine wines, desserts, and digestifs: We've filled our award-winning onboard cellar with a selection of top Champagne cuveés, prestigious vintages, spirits and Betsy beer – our pale ale specially brewed for 35,000 feet. To round off your dining experience, we offer gourmet desserts, fine cheeses, freshly brewed coffee, and handmade pralines.
A superior inflight entertainment experience
We’re progressively rolling out state-of-the-art, personal high definition TV screens, which at 18.5 inches are bigger than ever before. We’re also introducing a new video handset so you can browse entertainment, order duty-free items, and see the interactive map without interrupting your viewing on the main screen.
