Club World Seat

Imagine your favourite armchair, your bed, your dining table, and your office; all in one. Club World seats are designed for relaxing, sleeping, or getting work done, with more space and privacy.

Relax on board in a spacious seat, extending into a fully flat 183cm (6ft) bed when you need to sleep. Your seat also has a fully adjustable headrest and lumbar support.

Club Suite

British Airways have completely reimagined Club World cabins. Club Suite is now available on selected flights; your own personal space to sit, sleep, work, or relax. Club Suite is the final step in Club World investment, following on from the introduction of luxurious bedding by The White Company, a new personalised service, and a restaurant style dining experience.

Where to find Club Suite

Club Suite is now available on selected Dubai and Toronto services on board brand new A350 aircraft and selected JFK services on our Boeing 777 aircraft. Also selected Tel Aviv services are now available to book from 1 December and selected Bangalore services from 20 January.

Club Suite will be rolled out across the London Heathrow long haul fleet and by the end of 2019, four A350s and two Boeing 777 aircraft will be flying with Club Suite.

On early morning flights, you will have the choice of up to 3 different breakfasts including delightful cured meats or smoked salmon, hot English breakfast or a hot vegetarian breakfast. London City to New York
On your short trip to Shannon, Ireland you will enjoy an appetiser with drinks. From Shannon to New York we will serve you a delicious meal with a full bar service. Before arrival into New York, we will serve you afternoon tea or a light snack, accompanied by our own blend of tea specially created by Twinings. Throughout the flight feel free to indulge in our plentiful snacks to keep you going.

New York to London City

Extra Touches

Baggage

World Traveller Plus' generous and flexible baggage allowances lets you travel light, or pack as much as you need for a longer trip. You can take both a cabin bag, and a laptop or handbag on board, plus two bags with you on board; double the allowance for most economy services.

At Virgin Voyages we strive to make the world a better place with all we do. And while sailors should be free to voyage, it just wouldnâ€™t feel right unless we were sailing ethically. Using business as a force for good is at the heart of who we are.

One partnership is with the Sweden based Climeon, with a goal to majorly reduce carbon dioxide emissions by converting the heat from the shipâ€™s engines into electricity. Since one Climeon unit can produce enough electricity to power 250 normal households, and we haveâˆ˜ six on each ship, we have the potential to power about 1500 households. This would not only provide for the cabins and suites but also the restaurants, casino and other venues.

We have also partnered with Scanship, a Norwegian company known for their leadership in purifying wastewater. Scanship uses game-changing technology called microwave assisted pyrolysis (MAP), to convert organic waste into clean energy.

If operated like a traditional ship, we estimate that eachâˆ˜ vessel would generate 300 tons of disposable plastic per year. Our goal is to reduce that amount of plastic by at least 50%, and divert remaining plastics to recycling.

That means eliminating single-use plastics across a whole range of products sailors will use like plastic straws, water bottles, stirrers, condiment packs and other unnecessary food packaging. We also plan to provide all sailors with reusable drink bottles, and will offer complimentaryâˆ˜ still and sparkling water throughout the ship. Bye, bye plastic water bottles.

Youâ€™ve heard of tree hugging, yes? Well, letâ€™s consider this sea hugging. We just want to give the sea a great hug with all of these initiatives, and are hoping to set a new standard, not only for ocean voyages but for all travel.

What's a voyage without a few choice cocktails? Your voyage includes our basic bevvies and, while we don't have traditional drink packages, our offerings are very reasonably priced.

As an Adult-by-Design voyage, we have an extensive array of carefully selected beer, wine and expert cocktail options shipwide. If you must bring that rare bottle of red you got in the south of France, we get it. Sailors are also welcome to bring 2 bottles of wine per cabin in carry-on bags (sorry, no liquor or beer please). Please note, any alcohol in your checked luggage will be collectedâˆ˜ pre-voyage and returned once your voyage is complete. You are also welcome to bring specialty liquors from a port of call on board. Simply hand them to our security team as you board, and we will hold them until the last night of your voyage.

what's included?

Staying hydratedâˆ˜Â is a must for well-being at sea (and we prefer our Sailors feel their best), so enjoy any Basic Bevvies on us including water (still and sparkling, of course), non-pressed juice, soda, sachet tea and drip coffee if you need a boost. Since WiFi is as essential as water to us, count that in, too. Unique entertainment experiences taking place in The Red Room? Yup, that's also included. Plus, we'll cover restaurant dining, tips and group fitness classes, too!

smoking

Smoking will only be permitted in a designated smoking room and on the top deck outdoor area. Smoking is not allowed on any cabin terraces.

Smoking of any kind outside of designated areas (even with a "vape" device) will result in a $1000 fee, is a material breach of your ticket contract, and may result in you being disembarked at the next port with no refund. Any repatriating fees will be charged to your onboard account.

Our expansive food and beverage offerings should be able to accommodate most dietary needs and requests, but be sure to ask our Sailor Services Crew before you sail regarding any specific requests or allergy concerns. Please note, we are NOT an allergen-free kitchen.

Service animals are permitted on board. Please be mindful of the number of furry friends you take on your voyage as there is a limited total number allowed per sailing and we must accommodate for all Sailors.

Service animals are dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability (e.g., guide dogs, hearing-ear dogs, psychiatric service dogs). The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the personâ€™s disability. Individuals with disabilities will generally be permitted to access all the shipâ€™s public spaces accompanied by their service animal.

While we will make every effort to accommodate miniature horses as service animals, we ask the guest requiring the use of a miniature horse as a service animal to contact Sailor Services as soon as possible to assess the miniature horseâ€™s characteristics as a service animal.

We have a limited number of cabins available for Sailors with special needs or reduced mobility. Please book early and specify all of your required accommodations to our Sailor Services Crew, your travel agent or in your online booking.

We have a limited number of cabins that can accommodate wheel chairs. Please bring your own preferred wheelchair, if needed, and be sure to book early to guarantee the cabin of your choice. Collapsible wheelchairs are strongly encouraged.

Sailors staying in ADA-compliant cabins and suites are allowed to bring mobility scooters on board but are asked to please store them in the cabin when not in use.

While our medical facilities are ready to go with some of the best equipment and medical professionals available for emergencies and short-term medical needs, our facilities are not adequately equipped for highly specialized, longer-term treatment such as dialysis treatment.
