Do something amazing in 2025 and climb Kilimanjaro with your friends! This private tour takes you along The Mangaru Route - Silver- which is often considered the easiest and one of the most popular routes to the summit. The Marangu route is used by almost 40% of all climbers and uses comfortable mountain huts with solar power lighting.

It is suitable for those adventurers who are not particularly experienced in the mountains and, therefore classified as a moderate trek rather than a climb. Although the trail can be a little crowded at certain times of the year, the views are beautiful and each day of walking progresses through a different climate zone, adding considerably to the interest of the trek. The real highlight is the walk from Gillman’s point along the crater rim to Uhuru Peak, passing close to the spectacular glaciers and ice cliffs that occupy most of the summit area. The views as the sun rises behind Mawenzi on a clear morning are magnificent - The Rift Valley, Mt. Meru, and the Masai Steppes stand out from the endless plains, almost three vertical miles below.

One extra night climatization night has been added (this can be removed if preferred).

The price is based on 6 adults on a private tour climbing Kilimanjaro on the Mangaru Route (Silver). This is a moderate trek and the group will have its own mountain guide and porters. Flights are with Qatar Airways (via Doha) and depart London Gatwick on 3 September 2025 for a 7-night hike (plus 1 night on the flight in each direction). The price includes an acclimatisation night on the mountain (this can be removed if preferred) and includes all transfers in Tanzania.

The tour operates daily and is available on other dates. Different routes are also available. The tour can be costed for fewer people and a beach extension can also be added.
