Salads, paninis and sandwiches are served à la carte from noon to 5pm. If you still feel a bit peckish, come back for pancakes at teatime, from 4pm to 6pm.

A gastronomic journey back in time at Annabella’s. Run as a ‘Chic’ brasserie, with half-moon shaped banquettes and rattan chairs, it was named after the wife of Charles Telfair.

Le Château de Bel Ombre

Situated in a romantic setting punctuated by large old trees overlooking a captivating French-style garden, this historic mansion has been restored with taste, while maintaining the spirit of the original décor, to offer a dining experience like no other. The age-old furniture, panelling and high ceilings as well as the majestic steps and veranda of the Château de Bel Ombre have kept the old-fashioned charm of the colonial era. Open from 7pm-10pm and must be pre booked.

Le Palmier

At Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort, the Cavendish Bar & Lounge – whose name refers to the most popular variety of banana in the world and introduced from China by Charles Telfair – is the ideal venue to enjoy a light snack, an aperitif, a local rum or a digestive in a relaxed piano bar atmosphere.
